Getting Ranked

If you are searching the internet for a particular service, then the websites that have the best optimization will be ranked higher than those that do not. A good online marketing strategy will aim to get onto the first page in the rankings and then to get as high as they can on that page. If you think about it, how often do you ever go on to the second page of a Google search? Most people only pay attention to the top five results, (those below the adverts) so if your site does not appear here then there is little chance of picking up organic traffic.

This shows the power that the search engines can have on your business, and most online marketing techniques are to please Google, Yahoo and Bing.
